Energy and Emissions Planning
Community Energy & Emissions Inventory. Providing ongoing technical and outreach support to the Province of BC in the development of a central database of municipal greenhouse gas emissions for all BC local governments.
City of North Vancouver - EMT and CEEP Implementation Plan. Assisted the City in establishing an energy management team and develop a strategy to implement their GHG action plan.
Sunshine Coast Renewable Energy Atlas. Developed an atlas and guide to the use of renewables on the Sunshine Coast, BC.
Sunshine Coast EV Charging Plan. Development of a plan and policies for establishing electric vehicle charging stations on the Sunshine Coast.
Revelstoke Community Energy & Emissions Plan. Development of a community-wide energy and emissions plan for the City of Revelstoke.
City of North Vancouver Corporate GHG Plan. Development of a corporate energy and emissions plan, including opportunity assessments of corporate facilities.
District of Sechelt Carbon Neutral Plan. Development of a corporate energy and emissions reduction plan, including opportunity assessments of corporate facilities.
Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen Energy & Emissions Plan. Community inventory development and corporate opportunity assessments for the regional district and member municipalities.
Peace River Community Energy Plan. Assisted in development of corporate and community-wide energy and emissions plans for the Peace River Regional District, including energy/GHG inventories, buildings opportunity assessments, and assessment of renewable energy potential for four municipalities and regional district electoral areas.
Dawson Creek Solar-Ready Bylaw. Application to the Province for a building code change to allow inclusion of solar-ready piping in new construction.

Okanagan Tree Fruits Cooperative. Analysis of CA storage upgrade options for an apple cold storage facility.
Geo-exchange in Agriculture Study. Comprehensive examination of the potential for using geo-exchange in agricultural facilities, including analysis of five existing agricultural operations and hypothetical analysis of those operations in different climate zones.
U of A Central Plant Model. Development of a DOE2 model for the University of Alberta's central plant to be used for LEED submissions of new campus facilities.
Waterfront Station. Computer energy simulation for an office building in Whitehorse.
Whitehorse Multiplex. Energy model and bill reconciliation for a large multi-use recreation complex.
